  The food is still good and relatively affordable. The staff does there best to be quick and helpful.

  The workers were very rude. We ordered in person at 5:40 and they said they were out of brown rice and couldn’t give us any. However there that brown rice on the counter behind him. As a diabetic this was difficult as I rely on chipotle to have the food I can eat when I go there. The other employee interrupted us several times and then rolled her eyes when we asked for a receipt. This is not the quality service I usually have from a chipotle. I don’t pay $11 for crusty bottom of the container rice and a half filled bowl.

  Nice people. Clean bathrooms. Good veggies. Food quality checks by manager taking place when I arrived. Dude who prepared my bowl hooked up a VERY nice portion of chicken 😁

  workers seem to have no clue what they’re doing here. i ordered for delivery and received the incorrect order for someone named Tim. when i called to see what could be done they couldn’t redeliver the correct order to me and the worker seemed to have no idea how to process a refund. he mentioned possibly getting me a gift card which is unacceptable considering i’d really prefer to just get my money back and not spend it here again. they said they would call back if they can process the refund but have not gotten a call back or any indication of a solution at this time. on top of that, this all happened on my lunch break from work with very limited time on my end. i attempted to just eat the order that was delivered to me since my food did not arrive and it was horrible and immediately gave me the worst most painful stomach ache. hoping i am not getting sick from the food here and still waiting to get my money back.

  Did not receive ordered items in an online order. Also the food was cold, I saw them bag it and was home in 5 minutes but someone was ice cold already. They clearly turned off the heaters and didn't care at that time of night.
