  There was a Spanish older lady, who was really nice with great customer service, but the young ladies that were in the front today were very very rude and Unprofessional. Me and my sister both tried to eat the food, but the rice was hard and the meat was burnt. I tried to eat as much as I could Because I was hungry, but it was just too hard

  I had a very unpleasant pickup experience at this Chipotle. The Black male employee working at the register was dismissive and unhelpful. When I arrived, there was no one else who needed his attention, but he avoided eye contact, acted busy, and largely ignored me even though I said “excuse me” multiple times. In the end, he just pointed to the side without properly helping me and continued not acknowledging me. The whole interaction felt rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. I came in just to pick up my order and should not have been treated like that.
