- FCFatima Castillo2 days ago1.0Extremely disappointing experience. We were seated and then completely ignored for over 45 minutes. No one came to take our order, offer water, or even acknowledge our table. Meanwhile, other tables that were seated after us were immediately greeted and served. We made several attempts to get attention and were still ignored. The lack of service was obvious and very unprofessional. We eventually had to leave without being helped at all. As we walked out, the host simply said “have a good day,” which felt completely dismissive given the situation. Overall, this place felt disorganized and disrespectful toward our time. I would not recommend it and will not be returning.

Even while managing a busy shift, she treated us with incredible attention and genuine care. She guided us through the menu with great recommendations and even shared tips on places to visit going far beyond what you would normally expect. My 9-year-old son absolutely loved the experience and kept talking about how kind and attentive she was. Honestly, we have never been treated so well by someone in a restaurant before . Priscila set a whole new standard for service. She is simply exceptional. And of course, the food did not disappoint. The parmigiana was delicious, perfectly prepared and full of flavor, and the ice cream was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. An outstanding experience thanks to her ! we will definitely be back! Thanks Priscilla. You rock.
