  I got the popcorn chicken with the "add spicy" option, it came coated with a sweet sauce and was a soggy mess. I asked for a replacement but was refused saying I'd have to buy it again. It tasted more like some Kung Pao Chicken rather than a crispy popcorn chicken. The menu wasn't clear that it was a sauce, usually when places advertise this it is a spicy dry seasoning, not a sweet sauce.

  Had a horrible experience. I ordered a popcorn chicken and it came DRENCHED IN A DISGUSTING SWEET SAUCE. Popcorn chicken is called so because it’s crispy and not a soggy mess. I asked them to replace it without the sauce and they said buy another. This was my favorite boba place and I’m never coming back!

  Boba Up is easily one of my favorite spots in the U-District for a solid boba fix! The quality is consistently great, and it’s a go-to whenever I'm in the area. • The Drinks: Their Boba Milk Tea is a classic and perfectly balanced. If you’re looking for something different, I highly recommend the Taro Slush—it’s refreshing, flavorful, and a must-try. • The Vibe: It’s a great place to grab a drink while exploring the neighborhood. If you’re a boba fan, this place is highly recommended!
