  I really love this place but unfortunately they don’t accept/ can’t use the gift cards that they sell for some reason?? I’m super bummed about this. I have gone in three times and they can’t help me and say I just need to come back when there’s a manager. My friend bought me a gift card here a few months ago for my birthday and I have tried to use it, they said their pos system/clover can’t accept/run the gift card even though they sold it and that I need to use the gift card online, but their website doesn’t accept it either. Seems like some sort of scam and they can’t refund my friend. I have the original purchase receipt of the gift card and everything. Really sad that they won’t fix this or do anything to make it right, this is one of my favorite places in Seattle and I just want to use my birthday gift card. Each time the cashier just says “yeah those don’t work” and suggests I buy something. Writing this review in hopes management can fix this.

  The staff is always so helpful and pleasant to interact with. The food is well worth a 45 minute drive. Hands down so yummy!

  I ordered my food and I thought it would take a little bit. You know faster than it did. So that’s already irritating and then not only that the person who was making the bean fish actually did not wear any gloves while making it and not only that I saw her take DayQuil and the owner or somebody asked her if she’s OK. I don’t think that’s food safety at all. And that’s disgusting. Zero stars and I didn’t even taste it. But I don’t even want to because I know I probably get sick.
