  Ordered on line, went in to Subway and told them I had am on line order and gave my name to worker 1. He said something to the other worker. Other worker approached me, I said the same thing, he said he didn’t have an on line order for me. I showed him my order, he went to the register, came back with a ticket with my name on it, he asked me to verify the order and made a rude comment. He hurried up and made my sandwich and was clear upset about it. Didn’t say thank you, sorry for the inconvenience. They clearly had my order but didn't check their on line orders. Stuff happens, I get that but don't be rude and insulting. Just apologize.

  I went in at 9:00 to get a sandwhich when their hours said it closed at 10, but when I went into the store the person working had already cleaned up everything and told me they were closed.
