Went in hoping to get a toasted sandwich because that’s what was advertised. The lady told me working she can’t do toasted sandwiches when I see the toaster sitting right behind her. Terrible customer service. Shouldn’t be advertising something you’re not offering.

I didn't get asked about if my sandwich should be toasted, and when I mentioned it they refused to toast it because it was already wrapped. The employees need to ask how you'd like your sandwich, instead of just stand there looking zoned out. I spent $21 on a sandwich Im going to give to my coworker now because it's nothing like I expected. I won't be returning
