I will never eat at this place again after being disrespected due to the restaurant not posting the signs saying no animals.

While at the business next door, a DQ employee named Heather came out of DQ and walked all the way to the back of the parking lot of the business next door (McD's), just to harass me. I filed a complaint about her. Days later, as I was again at the business next door, Heather misused 911 to falsely report that I was doing narcotics in my car. Her claim was dismissed as "clearly unfounded" by the Sheriff. About 2 weeks later, as I again visited the business next door, Heather called 911 to AGAIN file another false report about me! I filed a protection order to stop Heather from stalking and harassing me. Today, several weeks later, I went to this DQ in Centralia to order. As I was sitting in my car deciding what to order on my app, 2 men came out and told me I am banned from the Centralia DQ, because I had complained about Heather at the Rochester DQ!! WHAT?? SERIOUSLY?? So---BEWARE!! If you dare to complain about a DQ employee, the employee will take revenge on you and DQ supports the revenge, even taking their own revenge by banning you from ALL DQ's!!!

I ordered a chicken salad and it was not made aware it had pork on it and I don’t eat pork. I went back in and he very quickly was willing to remake the salad because of not being advertised. The cook in the back was displeased and the young man handled the situation with kindness, understanding, and care. Watching him work while waiting, you can tell he is a young man of good character. Thank you.
