Had a really great experience and wanted to share.
I took my two kids out for ice cream around 8pm. My 3-year-old is super chatty and was talking to everyone. After we ordered the employee Kodi asked which Blizzard was for my son and what his name was.
When our order was ready, he brought my son’s Blizzard directly to him and did a little “magic trick” where he found the spoon “hiding” behind my son’s head. It was so cute and my kid absolutely loved it. He also joked with my older child saying he didn’t think he’d be able to pull a magic trick off on him. It made the whole visit really fun for them and I appreciate him acknowledging my other child too:)
On our way out I stopped to ask for his name because I wanted to make sure I mentioned him. I actually interrupted him while he was giving another employee advice about taking people’s orders. As we were leaving he waved goodbye to the kids and told them, “Happy tastes good have a good night!”
It was honestly just refreshing to see someone who didn’t seem miserable at their job and who genuinely interacted with customers. When we got in the car my older son said it was the best “night before Easter ever.” It even turned into a good moment to talk with him about what good customer service looks like and the old phrase "above and beyond", which is what prompted this review and the receipt survey.

What a NIGHTMARE!! I have NEVER experienced such incompetence!! First I had to repeat my order TWICE (& they still got it wrong). I stated it’s a to go order TWICE but they brought it out on a tray like it was a dine-in order. The order was brought out WITHOUT the two blizzards we ordered. Then she brings out ONE blizzard but IT WAS THE WRONG FLAVOR BLIZZARD. It had no lid, even though it is a to go order. This same incompetent girl handed me a flat lid for the blizzard even though it was overflowing the cup. Then she said, “Should I get a dome lid?” I said yes, please. She brings out a huge lid that doesn’t even come close to fitting the blizzard cup. I ask about the small strawberry angel food cake blizzard I ordered myself for my birthday. She looked at me all panicked & said what blizzard? I just shook my head & said I cannot even believe this & left. I have never in my life experienced such incompetence. What a disappointment!! This has been the most awful customer service experience I have ever had, and it’s on my 51st birthday no less.

Wont take a $50 bill cause they are not trained to make sure its real. For real?! Stupid people. Buy a money pen for your location since they obviously don't have a brain to know other ways to check their money. Also that says you dont check for fake 20s. Absolutely pathetic to not accept all cash train your employees better

All the staff was nice and the food was pleasant ice-cream was Delicious. I was excited that everyone spoke English as there primary language, and had no additude. Alot of them have been bought out by grumpy people from different countries, and there rude to the customers. Thankfully not here.
