My order was taken at 11:00. Still waiting waiting at 11:30. Finally got my food. Might want to let the singing flipper know he is supposed to smash the burger patty, not the entire burger. Never again. The sports bar is better for the same price.

WITH ONLY 4 or 5 PEOPLE IN LINE IT SHOULDNT BE A 20-30 MINUTE WAIT FROM THE TIME YOU ORDER THE FOOD UNTIL YOU GET IT. MAYBE TAKE SOME TIPS FROM BURGERVILLE HAVE THE SHAKES PREMADE OR GO WITH A SOFT QUICK SERVE MACHINE. HIRE ONE EXTRA PERSON UP FRONT. MINIMUM 2 PEOPLE. YOU DONT KNOW HOW MANY TIMES IVE HEARD PEOPLE SAY IM NOT WAITING IN THAT BS LINE AND GO ELSEWHERE. THATS LITERALLY MONEY WALKING AWAY!!!!
