  The was a young woman named Sol who was asked by another worker if he could receive help and instead of helping she walked to the back and made some joke with the cook . Then came out after the young man running the counter already cleared up what was going on in the front . She is very rude and in my opinion extremely lazy . Not worth what you pay her that’s for sure

  UPDATE: After receiving the reply below some days ago, I emailed as requested — twice now — but have not received any kind of response. ORIGINAL POST: I have ordered Oreo milkshakes at Smashburger before and they have been thick with lots of pieces of Oreos and with whipped cream. This time, very thin with no pieces of Oreos and no whipped cream. Quite disappointing. I brought it back and the counter guy reached in the freezer and pulled out and gave me another one which was no better. I threw them both away. They should not be pre-made, they should be thick, they should have Oreo pieces in them, and they should be topped with whipped cream. Also, the counter area was dirty and full of garbage as was the floor, and the nearby trash cans and tables were overflowing with garbage and old food. Do better!

  The front counter can care less about service. 1 speed no acknowledgment and just plain slow.

  If I could give a negative 1 for the service I received, I would. The girl that took my order was rude, abrasive, impatient and basically wrote me off, and she is not a newbie. I've dealt more than once with her unhappiness and disrespect. I ordered 2 specific burgers made the same exact way, mayo on the bun, cheese, the burger and thats it. After explaining my order to her, she waved me off, literally, and said "I got it, you don't need to do that. This gets so bad. She gets transferred back to cook, makes my order COMPLETELY wrong. She attempts to take the pickles off, realized it was to-go, I read her lips, she then shoved the other burger up on top and called my number, 48. A long story even longer, I checked my order, told her it was wrong after she waved me off. She lied that it wasn't her. Maybe you're busy enough, or making enough money that you will allow this treatment of a continuously paying customer. I will not be returning. Hopefully you find it within your morals to get rid of this detriment to your restaurant. Im sure you have cameras you can check. If she lies to a customer that observed what she was doing, will she steal from you too? One huge key to this, is DO NOT say it is a to go order. Who knows what the hell you'll get.
