Employees would glance at us and walk past without at word. When we tried to get someone's attention, they simply said something like (order over there) and continued to ignore us. When we finally got service, the person was about as unhelpful as she could be. The store itself was less than inviting, with boxes on the tables, and not much of anywhere to sit. I had planned on eating in, but it felt so unwelcoming that we went home instead and had a lukewarm meal. I won't be back.

No thank you. No eye contact. Nothing. Do better. We are the reason you have a job and we are not valued. That is complete madness. If your the manager, hopefully reading your comments, please think about working the closing day part to see got your team is treating your customer.

It took about 4 minutes of me standing in front of the order window before anyone even acknowledged I was there. They loaded my bowl with rice and I paid for double steak and got barely a single portion. Staff was not rude but certainly oblivious to any kind of customer service. I’ll go to salmon creek moving forward. They do it right there.
