  This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. We spent over 30 minutes total sitting in the drive-thru lane AND at the window with ZERO communication. Knocking on the window for an update or refund? Completely ignored. No explanation, no apology—nothing. When we finally got to the window, my husband asked why the wait was so long. The employee argued and said it was “29 minutes” like that somehow makes it okay. Then another employee flipped us off with both hands. Absolutely unacceptable and beyond unprofessional. Ordering was a mess from the start—the employee taking our order was laughing, couldn’t get anything right, and kept repeating it over and over. When we got to the window, our drinks still weren’t even ready. The whole place felt disorganized and poorly managed. And after all that? Our tacos barely had any meat in them. Convenient location or not, this place is a complete disaster. Management needs to step in immediately because this is not okay.

  Picked up an online order and when I got home the chicken nuggets were hard and cold and had burnt spots like they had been cooked and siting out for a while. I called the store and asked what they could do, and they wanted me to drive all the way back with the nuggets and they would remake them. I was at home already so I asked if I would be able to pick up tomorrow or another day when I was close by and she said no because it was a online order so we had to come today and return the nuggets and they would remake them. Waist of money and bullshit service for a store that just opened.

  I tried to stick to ordering simple food. I got a side of chips. I've NEVER tasted chips this bad. I ate 3 chips and thew them away. They're not stale. But the grease (that was used) taste like its a week old. Its so disgusting. I feel sick now.

  I went there at 9:35 an ordered through the drive through, I was missing 2 items that I noticed hours later because I didint intend to eat until later, before closing I went back and was told to call the number I asked what number as I pulled up the location on my iPhone and showed them there was no number linked to their location. They made me the 2 items I was missing but made me feel like I was asking for free food that I paid for. As a new location and such low rating it’s ridiculous. I live literally 0.3 miles from this location and this wasn’t the first time. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and it was so flat that they put it underneath the box that comes with the cantina chicken quesadilla i got for my son. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
