    No cashiers to take orders had to wait more than 10 min while all the workers just kept working on orders just to get my online order. What's the point of online ordering then??

    Very rude team, we weren't even talking to him in Spanish and the guy reacted ugly from the first moment he said ugly things and told the other of the team to attend to us. That is discrimination and is punishable by law, I will be able to speak English and my husband will not but that does not make one customer less important than another, we will never return to this restaurant.

    Subject: Complaint Regarding Online Order Fulfillment and Customer Service To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding a recent experience at your location, which unfortunately is the second time this issue has occurred within the past month. On this occasion, I placed an online order at approximately 3:00 PM with a scheduled pickup time of 5:30 PM. The order was placed well in advance specifically to avoid delays, as we were hosting a family gathering. My brother also placed an online order at 3:30 PM. When we arrived at the store together at the scheduled pickup time, his order was ready, while mine had not even been fulfilled. When I asked about my order, the employee responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner, stating that it was not ready and that there were still 37 orders ahead of mine, and that it would be another hour. I find this extremely concerning, considering I had ordered earlier than my brother and scheduled a future pickup time. The employee’s tone and lack of concern made the situation even more frustrating. This is now the second time I have experienced a significant delay despite ordering well ahead of time, which defeats the purpose of using the online ordering system. I consider myself a reasonable and understanding customer, but repeated situations like this, along with poor customer service, are unacceptable. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and addressed to ensure better order management and more professional customer interactions moving forward. Customers who plan ahead should be able to rely on the pickup time provided. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response. Sincerely,

    My boyfriend and I stopped by for our six piece wing combos. When we arrived, we walked in to see the employees groovin n' movin to the sick tunes. Dare I say hittin a little boogie. As they should. The food was fire as per usual. The Food: Exquisite The Service: Phenomenal The Atmosphere: Groovy

    We love wingstop, but on January 24th they had a weird system mess up. We ended up waiting an hour and 45 minutes for our food not to be ready and quoted another 1/2 hour after that. We had ordered ahead. During that interaction the manager was hard to get a hold of and we thought we were not going to get a refund. Next day we called and talked to a Manager, her name is Gina! Gina was amazing, she comped our meals and gave us extra items. Best part we didn’t even wait 10 minutes for our food. We were left dishearten and thought we wouldn’t come back. But Gina saved the day and wing stop richland will continue getting our business. Hire more managers like Gina
