    Food was great but we ordered #9 (Chicken tenders meal) and I got my drink and chicken tenders BUT my fries? Didn't even get'em.

    I eat here often when I'm in town. I find it distracting when employees are being interviewed by managers just feet away from me as I try to enjoy a meal. Please be aware of your customers.

    Me and my sister went around 7:30 pm tonight. The guy taking our order was nice but that's about it. When we pulled to the window to grab our food the lady seemed to be in a bad mood already, asked us to pull forward. When I did, I guess it wasn't forward enough for her so she yelled "get off your phone" out the window. Not the worst but she could've been nicer. When she came to give us our food I was trying to be nice and just said thank you as I grabbed the bag and she just rolled her eyes. When we got home we saw that it wasn't even the correct order. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich combos and they gave us some hamburgers, and chicken nuggets. This was my first time at this place and it was such a bad experience. These employees need to be retrained in customer service.

    I tried to order a chicken wrap meal. The lady told me they were out of grilled chicken, I asked to substitute crispy chicken instead. They tried to charge me $12 for the meal, then another $5 for the crispy chicken. I canceled my meal and wasn't very happy. This was all after waiting a long time for her to take our order or even acknowledge me.
