    It's a decent taco bell. i always go inside instead of drive thru so that I can get my own sauce and napkins plus lots of free forks and straws. A couple times I needed to go behind the counter to get a cup, this doesn't bother me I pay for a medium but I get a large cup if I'm ignored at the counter. My food is always correct and the employees are nice when they have time. I have almost no expectation of service at fast food places so if you just lower your expectations and make sure you get your sauce it's pretty good.

    They literally will ignore you if you’re standing right there. I placed a mobile order, and they’ll never have the drink out there and even if you try to wait and ask they won’t even ask if you need anything and just straight up ignore you like your not there!!! I had to go behind the counter to grab a cup. Unbelievable they’re like taco zombies.

    It’s Taco Bell. What’s a little different around here is when you order drive thru, they’ll ask if you want “extra sour cream” or “extra jalepeno” or “extra meat” after EVERY item. It can get annoying when it happens 5-6 times in an order. What’s worse is when you finally cave and say “yes” and they’ll forget to put the “sour cream” or “jalapeños” in the item - so there goes the added charge(s). This is unique to this Taco Bell which is why I’m inclined to say something.
