- IIIgiDec 23, 20252.0The worker there need more training I paid full price for a 31 and barely got any meat and also didn’t get toasted and my wife food barely got any meat too and she did a custom one with teriyaki chicken overall not a great experience and feel like I lost money for this food.

We were in line waiting for 3 sandwiches and 1 pretzel for over thirty minutes. We ordered a pretzel at the beginning of our order and after a total of 45 minutes I asked for a refund because we still hadn't gotten it. The manager was not helping this clearly new employee, instead she was walking around the shop avoiding that area completely. I finally got sick of waiting and asked for a refund. I understand you have a new employee but shouldn't the manager step in and help and use this as a learning moment? Not only was my service exceptionally poor but so is the training for their new hires.
