I give four stars because I’ve never gotten anything else from this place but I just also don’t want people to waste their time or money. if they think they’re gonna go get genuine Matcha. Nothing like…have I been in before, did I need help ordering, or do I have any questions. Not even a thank you for coming in, or have a nice day. Nothing except the name of the drink as she sat in on the counter. No eye contact even. The drinks we ordered tasted wonderful….but the customer service makes me never want to go back.
