Got home and started to unpack and realized it was not are order there was two things correct but the rest was not ours and our stuff was missing. So called back at first manager seemed like he didn’t care but I tried to explain it was a far drive to have to buckle my toddlers in and the Christmas parade was starting in a few minutes so trying to drive back would be a nightmare . He apologized and said go into the app hit full refund we will approve it within 24 hrs. So I did that and now it says refund under review and online they told me could take 3-4 days to investigate and another 2-4 to even refund . So now we have no groceries and no refund and are possibly having to wait 4 days to possibly be approved and if they deny I will have to get my bank involved. I will Never be using the drive up service here again. I had a similar thing happen at Fred Meyer we got the wrong order and they had us refunded the next day. Just to update I did why the manager said and contacted them and they told me oh sorry nothing we can do check back in three days to see if it’s been approved or not.

However, it’s a busy busy day today and boss brought some in, so I splurged. Even had the powdered sugar lemon filled. I knew once I picked it up, that it would have very very little filling or none. So I decided to cut it in half which just verified that there was basically one bite of lemon filling. It’s a sad, sad day when you really look forward to eating something and then have to throw it away.
