    Didn't know your company no longer provides customer service came through the drive through and after saying we wanted a big Mac meal guy proceeded to yes through the mic is that everything and before we could even answer he put the oder through then when we tried to tell him we wanted more on the order he said "oh are you the car i was talking to" and proceeded to rush us through our order again saying is that everything the second after wed stop talking on top of all that went back in because they forgot some of our food get back to the car to see that once again they gave us the wrong stuff ive worked in fast food for 5 years and this is inexcusable

    Incredible poor service. There were peoples orders being given to the wrong people and the manager ignoring the 8 people waiting to try and get a credit or find out where there food went. I would suggest for the queensgate location if a customer is asked to leave the drive thru and wait a couple minutes for your food to come out say no.

    Not a fan of McDonald's. The only thing that I like to purchase is their coffee. Unfortunately lately it's been served cold.
