She was very rude and we could have avoided more than half the call if she had just let me finish the first time. Having to come in would be no issue for me, just wanted to be sure you had what I was looking for before I did so I was not wasting time.

The donuts were hard and stale, they were not edible unless they were put in the microwave. The sorting hat doughnut had maybe a half a teaspoon of filling in the very center. There was no specialty boxes for these just the regular box and no, they didn't give me any discount because of that when I'm sure the cost is added into the price. There was nobody else in line and I waited at least 10 minutes or more for them to put these donuts together. I don't think they bake them here. I think they're shipped in. I won't be eating at Krispy Kreme anymore, it's not a donut shop anymore. It's a distribution center
