- ARAlena R6 days ago1.0We had a very disappointing and horrible experience due to poor customer service and a serious lack of care for customer safety. After receiving a hot mocha, the lid was not properly secured. As soon as my fiance tried to handle the drink, it spilled all over my fiancé’s lap, chest, and inside his car. Now his car smells like sore milk. The liquid went into the window gap where all the electrical wires are that operate the window. This was not only extremely inconvenient but also dangerous, as the drink was hot. What made the situation worse was the barista’s response or lack of one. There was no genuine concern shown for his well-being, no apology that reflected the seriousness of the incident, and no effort made to check if he was okay or offer assistance with the mess or potential burns. Paper towels after the fact, she just stood there watching him suffer. Accidents can happen, but how staff respond makes all the difference. As a customer, I expected basic care, accountability, and professionalism, especially when a hot beverage is involved. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations. I hope management addresses proper drink handling and customer service training so no one else has to go through something like this.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
