  This business, in the Kennewick location, was SOOOO freaking cold, I couldn't feel my nose! I keep my house at a comfortable 68 degrees, and I get hot inside the mall, so if someone like me, who likes cooler temps than most, thinks it is cold, it is probably freezing 🥶 for anyone else. The metal table we sat at was also ice cold, and when I asked the nice workers to please turn up the heat, they said they could only put in a service request but the temperature, which I am sure was less than 60 degrees, was set by the corporation! So this was a corporate decision to freeze the customers, AND the workers? Shameful! What kind of greedy corporation allows workers and patrons to freeze? It was around 50 degrees in there, and I couldn't eat my meal without my husband grabbing my puffer coat from the car and I can barely type this as my hands were so cold and shivering!! This is horrible, horrible service and a despicable, greedy move to save costs by the Chipotle company. Lastly, there were no limes. What kind of Mexican food place has no limes? Lame. Super Lame. You will have a better experience at Taco Bell across the street! At least there they might have the heat turned on.

  Went in on a Sunday afternoon and we didn't have to wait. The service was fast and the food was delicious.
