I decided to let it slide and give them the benefit of the doubt. The next time I went in I ordered a Oreo cookie cappuccino blast for myself and my colleague. After tasting, my drink was watery with no flavor and my colleague attested the same exact complaint. I called manager to let him know my concerns and he said to come in and he would remake drink. W. To the I got to the store he let me know that I was the only customer who has ever complained about tel he drink and went on and on about how he followed the exact ingredients he does for every drink such as this. After he was finished speaking, I said so how do we fix this? If the drink will be the same and with the same watery ingredients, maybe I should try a different one that tastes better. He then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted a different drink it would cost more. There was definitely a language barrier as he is not from the US. So he ended up making me a ice cream smoothie instead, which he didn’t even fill up to the top of cup. As I was leaving, he says to me “don’t ever order the cappuccino blast again, I wouldn’t recommend since you not like taste.” I walked out of building and tasted my drink and it was stale, milked down and gross. I have been eating at Baskin Robins all my life and never have had this experience. I will not be back to this specific store again after my experiences. The phot below represents my drink after leaving, I literally took 2 sips, but it wasn’t even filled to the top.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
