  I've never been to Topgolf before and was super excited to try it since all my friends always post about it but my experience was horrible. We got to our booth and the heat lamps were on full blast and no matter where you sat, you were sitting on hot cushion or chair. The couch cushion was very flat and uncomfortable, no matter where you sat you could feel the bottom of the couch. Our server was super nice but the overall service was awful. We asked for the heat to be turned down or shut off (which neither happened) we ordered waters as soon as we got to the bay and it took over 30 minutes to get anything. I ended up going to the bar to grab some water since nothing had arrived. The people next to us arrived later than we did and pretty much got their food and drinks as soon as they got there. As soon as a I got back to my bay with the waters we finally got 2 more waters. The server came over asked if we "had drank from them yet?" then proceeded to take 2 of them and 2 straws from our table and gave them to the next bay over. We then proceeded to order the injectable donut holes and some pretzels bites with beer cheese. The donut holes were WAY overcooked, over seasoned and actually made me and my boyfriend sick later on. The pretzel bites were not warm at all and the beer cheese had this film on the top because it was cold. Overall, Service and food was terrible but the golf experience was fun.

  As the favorite auntie & party planner, ofc I had to plan Jeremiah’s 13th birthday!! Thank you to everyone on the team for helping make this a perfect evening! 🥰 Kathy & Maxwell were great with corresponding via email to bring my plans to life! The hospitality manager, Dee was awesome along with his team Brook & Belly!! Thank you guys! If you’re ever looking to book a private party, please book the Chairman’s suite!!!! 🎉 My reservation came with 3 golf bays and food/beverage. The one thing I’d mention about the food is, we’re told there would be a heavy pour of food when in fact, it was very mid. All chafing dishes were half-way full!! So of course, we ran out of boneless chicken which then became a few conversations with the manager prior to the agreement that they’d bring more chicken. Otherwise this was a great event/party!!

  Music playing the whole time. Heaters kept us warm. Food was good, not great, but was thankful for something to eat while there. Was a lot of fun fun. Not really a social person and have bad anxiety - so the fact that everyone (strangers) can and will see you while you hit, is a bit stressful. So, i would not recommend this place for beginners with social anxiety 😅. Other than that, they give you clubs to use no matter the age or left/right handed. Come full of food. Drinks were interesting, but strong.

  Went during the week for a birthday party and it was not busy so that my have influenced the service but they were extremely helpful and friendly. The heaters were nice because it was windy and mind 50s. There was a decent selection of good food but a little over priced. Drinks were good and prompt served. The games added to the driving experience.

  After playing at a few TopGolf's across the USA this was unfortunately the worst one that I encountered. To start, the check in was overly complicated as I had to SMS 'start' to a US number. Being an international on an international number I was not able to do this, it also didn't help that the receptionist didn't know the area code for the number I was trying to SMS. This is the first time that I've been asked to do this at a TopGolf. Once arriving at our bay we noticed that the 10mins wasted by attempting to check-in had been taken off our game time. The group of us then tried ordering beers. We were unable to be served alcohol as we didn't have our passports on us, our passports were in the safe at the hotel. We all did however have valid forms of international ID, our IDs were not accepted Therefore we were unable to order alcohol with everyone in the group being 30+. This is the first time our IDs haven't been accepted at a TopGolf in the US. We settled with ordering a few snacks, unfortunately our fries were stone cold. At the end of our session which was meant to finish at 18:30, we noticed the screen had counted down to 0 minutes remaining at 18:27. It was an expensive and disappointing experience, I won't be returning and I wouldn't recommend it.
