  This subway notoriously closes earlier than their posted time…. Yesterday I placed an online order with a pick up time for 8:40PM. I am an educator at the neighboring beauty college and was actively teaching my class so I was unable to pick up at the exact pick up time. The posted hours are open til 9:30PM so I figured as long as I get there before they close it will be fine. I ran over at 9:25, which I understand is cutting it close however it was an online order and they should have still been open, unfortunately they were already closed. I was upset about this as I had already been charged, but I understand I cut it close, so I left a voicemail (which was also made before they should have closed) stating that I was disappointed, would like a refund, and that I work near by and would be in to receive my refund the next day. When I went into today not only was the employee rude. He repeatedly stated I missed my pick up time and when I said “I understand that but you closed early” he raised his voice and said “not my mistake your mistake”. And the funniest part of this was he grabbed my order off the counter behind him and tried to give it to me claiming he just remade it, which is obviously not true. He refused to give me a refund because apparently them closing early is “my mistake” I will not be returning and I will be advising my students not to return as well do to the poor service. Also, a bonus side note, the sodas have never been carbonated correctly and come straight out the machine flat…

  Hoy fui a comprar un pan Italiano con queso, y cuando iban a ponerle los ingredientes no tenían espinaca y lo peor que estaba demasiado de elevado el preciomás! $18 ya no iré mas!

  I guess if you want to pay $15+ for a foot long at this place, then you should go here. The service was like the guy had better things to do and the sandwich sucked! Yet they wanted a tip. Avoid this location like the plague! There’s a reason why it was empty when I arrived.

  If I could give this subway a 0 I would! Went here with my classmates couple times and always get treated with so much disrespect. I could not believe what we experienced today, I’m not the type to leave negative reviews but today just crossed the line. The lady named Anna was working at subway and this is what happened……. All my classmate asked was if they have chicken breast and the lady working with attitude and rolling her eyes said “it’s been 8 months since we don’t have that anymore” lucky for her my classmate just apologized and said “I’m sorry I haven’t been here in awhile”. Then my classmate asked “do you have any chicken” to what we got more attitude to and she said “look at the menu” and starts pointing at 3 different spots. We ended up walking out and not getting anything! This Subway seriously need to check their employees and the way they treat people. If you hate your job go work somewhere else don’t be disrespectful.
