  The order machine wouldn't give us a receipt so there was no way to prove we'd paid and no number for us to know when they called out our order. We finally got it resolved after some confusion.

  I always look this McD. I normally get my kids meal and mango smoothie. I also go there to eat big breakfast because it is peaceful and has a nice view. Table service is always spot on. Today, i decided to venture out of usual and ordered the Big Arch. 2 qtr patties, plump & juicy with 3 slices of white cheddar. I think there is supposed to be fried onions but might need a bigger serving. The bun is perfect with sesame poppy seeds … nice and soft. Well… have to say… I’m lovin’ it.

  I ordered a cup of coffee online and i got a notification that my order is ready, when i came in i was told wait one min and that one min ended up in 13 mins and when i asked again he said just one minute. I mean if the order is not ready then why do you guys send fake alerts to the customers that order is ready ? Such a pathetic service. I’m the regular customer there but not anymore now. This is not the first time it happened with me multiple times.

  The regular staff is great at making sure your food is made fresh and overall good customer service.

  Filet-o-fish is almost $2 more than most others. And since it’s lunch time, I wonder if they r one that’s experimenting QUIETLY with surge pricing? I love the sandwhich, but it’s NOT worth that price
