  Wonderful experience. First time here, Julia was the server, she made sure we where WELL taken care of, Julia went above and beyond to make sure we were having fun and had everything we needed. We will be coming back. Thank you Julia for making this such a fun enjoyable experience!

  My first time here, and I had such a blast! Intook my teenage son and his friends and we all had an epic night. The service is phenomenal, staff is so friendly, environmental is epic, the heaters keep you warm, the golf games are so much fun. And the food is great. Its a little pricey, but what isn't these days. The only complaint I have is that its an hour and a half drive for me.

  We had a great time. Mildly annoying to need to pay a member fee on top of renting the booth. Food was excellent, but expensive. Worth it because it was fresh, though. Biggest complaint was our server. It was a busy night so we were patient and didn’t go find her when we needed her, but the temptation was there. We’d never been before so we were trying to figure it all out when she came. Since we weren’t ready (as a whole group) to order on her follow-up visit (which was only a few minutes after the drink order), she (understandably) got busy with another table. Took us about halfway through our entire visit before everyone ordered and got food. Again, busy night—maybe we caught her at a bad time. But yeah, overall, we had a great time. We’ll try it again and hope for our good time to become a great time.

  I visited Topgolf for my daughter’s 14th birthday party, and while the experience started off ok, it quickly became frustrating. Our waitress checked us in and brought our first round of drinks, but about 30 minutes later we needed refills. I had to flag her down several times, and when she finally came over, she seemed annoyed and ended up bringing the wrong drinks. Thankfully, the young man who delivered them was kind enough to correct the mistake. After that, our waitress completely disappeared for over an hour. I eventually reached out to a manager, Paul, to express my concerns. That’s when I learned our waitress had actually quit mid shift without notifying anyone. Despite the situation, Paul was absolutely amazing. He listened, took our concerns seriously, and made sure everything was resolved. Because of Paul’s professionalism and exceptional customer service, I will definitely return. He turned a disappointing situation into a positive experience, and I truly appreciate his help. (5 star in service was only because of Paul! Our waitress deserved not even a 1 star)

  Not accommodating at all to change of bay for paid 2 hours (actually just gave us 1 hour instead). Horrible customer service and cut off with more than 5 minutes left of paid time. When asked to change to a different bay the staff said, "our manager says you can't" but no manager was present. Bad experience.
