  We had an absolute blast at Top Golf, especially since it was my son's birthday! The surprise they had in store for us was incredible. And, as an added bonus, their food was delicious during our game time.

  I was excited when they opened and have been several times. It is a mix of a traditional driving range and an arcade. Great place for me to work on my swing while the kids have fun. The Angry Birds game was a huge hit. The atmosphere was fun. The service was great. The food was slightly above average. The drinks were expensive. Overall, I recommend it.

  I have some suggestions for your business based on analyzing your google reviews. Time is factor of dissatisfaction with the majority of your reviews. As a company that has plenty of technology available to them I would start with giving your guests the option to order food and beverage thru an ap or ipad. This would maximize your sales and over all guest satisfaction. You would need more food runners but it would even out. Guests seem demotivated by inconsistent wait times for bays. Catering to your higher members is a priority with out question, have you analyzed what percentage of those players consistently arrive on particular days of the week. I would suggest saving a percentage of available bays for those guests on each floor and get your guests who are already onsite and waiting into a bay. This will increase your guest satisfaction and revenue. It appears from reviews guests are not aware of the view or “play” from each bay and want to upgrade. Having a bay view on an ap may give your guests a more informed choice before booking. I would take the least popular bays and save them for walk ins. For timeliness with billing I would encourage a concierge per floor who has the ability to aid in processing payments. This seems to be a trend in negative reviews. On the whole your current food and drink offerings offer great versatility and are on trend. A few guests have reviewed concerns regarding cars being broken into or stolen. On their part it is an unreasonable expectation for an hourly employee to risk their life for a car; but increased security that is actively driving around the parking lot may deter potential car thieves.   I visited this indoor Topgolf location and was immediately impressed by the beautiful architecture and indoor views. The space itself is striking and sets a great atmosphere. The food was decent, However, the experience shifted early due to a service dynamic that felt off from the start. Our server a light‑skinned guy with curly afro hair approached the table with a noticeable tone of control rather than hospitality. Small actions and pauses felt less like service and more like a power check, which immediately changed the energy of the interaction. At one point, after my drink was handled, I felt uncomfortable enough that I chose not to drink it. I can’t say anything definitive occurred only that the interaction left me not feeling fully safe or at ease, which is something no guest should experience. This venue is beautiful and has a lot going for it, but feeling comfortable and respected is foundational. Service should create ease, not tension or second‑guessing.

  If you're looking for something fancy and completely fun, Topgolf is the place you never knew you needed. With similar facilities around the country to include Los Angeles and Las Vegas, its wonderful to have a facility locally in the Seattle area - located specifically in surrounding city of Renton. The first thing you notice is the size of the facility and amount of parking. Large drop-off and pick-up, as well two floors of seating. Inside is just as pallactial with large area for reception, reservations and of course large spaces for dining on different levels. You also notice a small pro-shop for swag, shirts and other items needed for your golfing experience. Topgolf is, essentially, a very high-tech driving range that can accommodate large parties as well as the individual golfer, just trying to keep their golf skill up, in a new and entertaining way. And it's glorious. Prices and available times are posted. And the staff is professional and friendly. There are even spaces for large gatherings such as special meetings and special events. However, if none of these strike your fancy, and you are just looking for a bite to eat while watching some local sports, or just sit outside with a view of Boeing field, Topgolf is happy to accomodate you. Where the Topgolf kitchens can be a little crowded on a very temperated day, the food is one of typical sports bar fare, with choice of an excellent burger, chicken wings - and a beer, spirits or cocktail to meet your needs. It is definitely a destination for friends and large parties. And it could get pricey for a round, but the food and the environment can definitely make up for it, especially if it is your first time seeing how technology, sports, and gastro-pub can all converge to serve that special time with freinds and family. Come see Topgolf for yourself, take swing of the clubs, as well as a burger and beer. You deserve it!
