One big plus is they're not stingy by removing the soda fountain and charging extra for drink refills like some other locations. It's safer to order inside via the kiosk if you want a correct order, I advise against the drive thru because they get orders wrong, especially in the evening. Use the kiosk inside, machines don't mess up orders, humans do.

I ALWAYS check my bag before i pull off, ALWAYS! and today, the sauces i ordered off the app were an issue. god i cannot STAND rude customer service workers, most regular people are so nice so when i come to them with my issue in a nice manner and they’re off the bat rude my brain almost can’t compute fast enough what the issue is lmfao they’re immediately feisty, rude, and stuck up and i believe she’s the manager. pretty much as bad as the last manager they had. don’t go here, go the extra distance to sunset mcdonald’s or even grady way. save yourself from the fumes coming out of your ears as you leave lol
