When I called the location I was bombarded with dominos advertisement. By the time someone answered the phone, the person was unable to help and instead put me on hold while I waited to talk to a manager. She then gave me a run around on how the pizza I ordered was cut differently because it was a NY crust. But uncut is how it arrived.

I called the store, it went to the monotonous app ad for 5+ minutes, then someone at the store hung up the phone. I called back, this time waited for 7 minutes to be hung up on again. Drove down to the store to find another gentleman also there who had the same issue. They were marking deliveries complete, ignoring incoming phone calls, and ignoring yet another gentleman who was trying to place an order in person. I finally managed to get the manager to cancel my order and refund my money. I’m already skeptical about ordering Domino’s, due to the astronomical delivery fee, but this put the nail in the coffin. If you must get pizza, try for a different location or a different chain altogether.
