  My boyfriend just went in and WHOEVER was working tonight, didn’t bother to greet nor came to attend simply starred and continued to ask “are you ready” after a couple minutes of starting. If you don’t wanna work at night, DONT WORK.

  Tonight was my last straw with the chipotle of Renton Rainier Ave. You never know what the portions are going to be that day cause they get smaller and smaller every time I go in. There was a group of four twenty something year old guys making a big obnoxious order and their fifth homeboy came in and cut me and the line of six people behind me to get his bowl. The employees completed the bowl and kept us all waiting. Don’t even bother ordering through a food app. Your item will be light like a kids menu. Y’all will never have my business again. I promise you that. The way this location is run is disgraceful.

  My husband and I treat ourselves to Chipotle whenever we are working on a home remodel. The closest location for us this time was one we had not been to before. It was just ok. The service was pretty good, but the food was not up to par for what we have come to expect. We were distracted by the too-loud music and it was so cold inside, we may as well have eaten outside. The tables were not clean. We won't go to this location again.

  "I must express my profound disappointment with my recent visit to Chipotle. The burrito I ordered was prepared with a lack of care, resulting in a sloppy and unappetizing presentation. The excessive amount of sour cream, which far exceeded my request, rendered the burrito soggy and unenjoyable. Furthermore, when I requested a bowl to contain the messy contents, the manager on duty responded with an attitude of marked disrespect. The overall ambiance of the establishment was far from satisfactory, with trash and food debris littering the floor and tables. The ingredients tasted as though they had been left out for a considerable amount of time, lacking the freshness one would expect. The flickering and partially extinguished lighting, coupled with the presence of insects both inside and outside the restaurant, contributed to an environment that was both unhygienic and uninviting. The exterior of the premises also appeared to have been neglected, with a noticeable accumulation of dirt and debris. Overall, the experience was deeply unpleasant and fell far short of acceptable standards."
