When I came in, there was a group of boys making their order, and while they were busy talking, another employee stepped up to take my order. When I was being rung up, the cashier accidentally charged me for one of the boy's orders, so before I could leave, they called me back in to give me a refund and charge me for my order. I didn't mind all of this, because I understand mistakes happen, and I was more than happy to pay for what I ordered. But it was the employee who packed my order who gave me a really hard time, saying I was cutting in line when I was patiently waiting until I was helped by another employee, and I felt like I was being blamed for all of these mistakes that happened on their end. Through this entire encounter, they never apologized, and they only kept blaming me! Again, food was great, but I'm not gonna come back because of this poor service.
