Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff became frustrated with us and treated us as though we were responsible. One employee stated that they had “3000 things to deal with” and said we came at the wrong time. The situation worsened when the employee assisting us yelled twice in public out of frustration because he was unable to correct the price. Ultimately, the issue was not resolved, and we were told to leave. The employee’s behavior was rude, impatient, and unprofessional, and it unfairly placed the blame on us for a mistake that was not ours. This was especially upsetting to experience on a holiday!!!

- AAAutotech38Nov 13, 20251.0This one star is for the Manager Tonight a older heavy set women with dark hair being absolutely rude to her coworker the older darker gentleman right in front of all the customers literally yelled at him and accused him of yelling at her which is ironic and never happened, then proceeded to give him the death stare for about 2 minutes that’s so unprofessional and this is not the first time I’ve encountered her aggressive rude way of carrying herself, corporate needs to have a talk with her about how to treat fellow employees.
