  Was very disappointed to take a drink of my drink half way down the road only for it to taste like they forgot to add the syrup. Pure burnt coffee taste that's it. Waited in a very long line for pickup which is fine but not when the coffee you receive is awful. Was too far down the road to take it back. Didn't even give us a Boba straw for my daughters drink. Federal Way location is much better.

  They are amazing I placed a mobile order and it went to the wrong location I didn’t notice .. I got to the window to pick up my order and he didn’t see it I went back to my mobile and I was fine with paying the guy who helped me was like it’s ok I’ll remake it here for you he saved my day had little to no sleep since my kids where sick and heading to work hadn’t noticed! They are 🤩 amazing!

  I usually have nothing but great things to say about Dutch Bros Coffee, which is why today’s experience stood out so much. First off, the line can look intimidating at times, but they usually move quickly thanks to the team’s efficiency and energy. The staff here consistently bring a positive vibe—friendly, upbeat, and genuinely engaging without slowing things down. It’s one of the reasons I keep coming back. They make you feel like more than just another car in line. And the drinks? Always on point. The Tropical Green Tea is incredibly refreshing, especially when you cut back on the sugar or even go no sugar—it still has great flavor without being overpowering. Same with the Golden Eagle Blended Freeze—it’s rich, smooth, and surprisingly enjoyable even at half sweetness. They really do a great job customizing drinks without sacrificing quality. That said, today was a bit frustrating. One car ahead seemed to take an unusually long time—around 15–20 minutes—which caused the entire line to stall. I completely understand and appreciate friendly conversation (it’s part of the Dutch Bros charm), but there has to be a balance. When there’s a long line of people—many likely on their way to work—waiting that long for a single order just shouldn’t happen. After sitting in the drive-thru for a while, I ended up switching it up and ordering ahead instead—and that experience was night and day. Much faster, smoother, and honestly what I’d recommend if you’re in a hurry. Overall, this is still one of my go-to spots. The drinks are consistently great, the staff are awesome, and it’s a fantastic location to have in Renton. Today felt more like an exception than the rule, but hopefully it’s something they tighten up—because when they’re on, they’re really on.

  I stopped by this location this morning prior to some allergy testing, the team working at 8:30 am 3/25 welcomed me with so much energy and positivity. I’m newer to the Dutch bro fam as I’m usual a gravity or big foot girly. But this amazing experience has me wondering why it took me this long to try them out. Everyone had a genuine smile, and the gentleman taking my order was sincere and so personable. Amazing job and kudos to the manager at this stand for hiring such amazing people!🩷

  I really try to avoid writing reviews but I’m especially disappointed tonight. My husband and I came through tonight around 9-9:30 and had a disappointing experience with a barista who I heard was named Maddy (big blonde hair). I felt incredibly unwanted as a customer and did not get the welcoming experience I normally do at Dutch Bros. She was cold and acted as if the customers coming through were a burden, which made the experience feel worse — especially since we’re all paying, tipping customers. To make matters worse, my drink was incorrect, and when I politely asked if it could be remade, instead of simply saying no, I was met with a begrudging sigh and “what’s wrong with it?” — which honestly made me feel embarrassed to the point where I just said never mind and wished her a good night. It also upset me to overhear her speaking poorly about past employees and the circumstances of their departures, as well as comments about multiple current employees — saying they “really should just quit if they can’t keep up.” She went from the car in front of me to my car discussing it which made me further uncomfortable because I didn’t need to have that conversation. I used to work in the coffee and food service industry so I understand the stress and different circumstances leading to departure from a position. This was also particularly ironic to me because every other barista I’ve encountered at this location has been so welcoming and helpful. With her, I genuinely and consistently feel like I have done something to personally offend her — and it’s not just me. My family members have shared similar experiences when they’ve come through as well. What makes this especially frustrating is that this is the 4th time I’ve encountered Maddy and had a very similar experience each time. I love Dutch Bros and don’t want to have to travel further out of my way to get it, but I can’t continue to justify returning if this is the service we receive time and time again. The other baristas working were all very attentive and kind and we truly appreciate them, I hope management takes this seriously.
