  Let me start out by saying that I like Dairy Queen and their ice cream is absolutely amazing. However, this time question mark, it was already late and every Dairy Queen was closed near Bellevue. The only one was open in Renton and I looked at my GPS and saw that I will be arriving about 12 minutes before closing time. I arrived exactly at 10:48 PM, which is 12 minutes before closing time. I went to drive-through and they refused to take my order because they said that they’ve already cleaned all of the machines and are not able to make me an ice cream. Look, I understand that employees wants to go home and it is late but closing 12 minutes before the closing time is not the best move because people are relying on them being open till 11 PM. I have no problem with them closing sooner but just change your working hours not to me leave people. I drove 17 minutes each way to get myself an ice cream and ended up just kissing the door pretty much. I was really pissed and that kind of experience making me not want to come back to any Dairy Queen anymore. I should’ve think the owner should really pay attention to that and make sure that he doesn’t happen because if it happens one more time with me, I will definitely never go to Dairy Queen again

  I’ve visited several times and each experience has been great. The employees are consistently kind, which really makes a difference. The tender chicken basket is good and the ice cream is delicious (they always make it the way I request it). Definitely a place I keep coming back to!!

  The chicken strips were not worth the price and they were overcooked and dry. $38 for 2 meals with shakes. OUTRAGEOUS!

  I ordered a SMALL mint Oreo blizzard and was charged $8.40???? Last time I bought it I was charged $6. This is just a rip off and the blizzard looks bad too.

  They would not honor their coupons, the man taking orders was not very helpful and seemed abusive. I will never go to any dairy queen ever again.
