  Whenever gave this chipotle a bad rating is tripping. Food is way better here, servings are just as big; If not larger than average. Super clean, super friendly, glad I didn’t let the bad reviews stop me from going here.

  Tried the new “Chipotlane” (drive-up online order pickup) for the first time and found it super convenient overall. There was a bit of a wait at the window before someone came to hand me my order, but not too bad. Both bowls I ordered looked great and tasted really good. However, the guacamole was completely brown this time. It didn’t look very appetizing, which was disappointing. Not sure if the batch needed more lime or was sitting out too long, but it definitely missed the mark today.

  I have been to this location twice since they have opened. I first want to say im happy with the location. But the customer service sucks. I want to first preference I understand this is new location with new employees so they will have some growing pains. 1st time I went to this 2 days after they opened the worker 1st didnt how to complete a build kids meal and thats okay until she had an attitude about it Today again didnt know how to build a kids meal or what to do. As I saw the girl getting flustered I told her its okay im not mad I can tell she was learning. But still after I asked for hard shell for the kids meal she goes to try to put the protein in the shell in the kids meal box. I tried to tell her no you put it in 1 pf the 3 slots she looks at the cashier and proceeds go roll her eyes and huff and puff like I didnt something wrong. I could've gotten 3 other things in the slots additionally but no im trying to help her out and she gets a attitude. Then she has the taco shells upforward so I tell her you have to lay them in the box and she gets an attitude. Now we get to the cashier and she proceeds to tell me they dont have any kids chips and she can give me a big bag but I will have to pay for it. I tell her no and what the kids meal includes and because you don't have something doesnt mean I then pay extra. (Thats not how that works)The supervisor or manager/ lead whoever comes over and says no they got me and brings a kids meal bag of chips and apologies. Now at this point im irritated because I wasn't mean to the first girl and then the cashier has an issue. Im done. Get the store together before you start opening up businesses when your staff isnt trained.

  Staff was quite rude, I asked specifically if the meat was spicy because it was for my kid they assured me it wasn't spicy and we only realized it was indeed spicy specially for a kid when we got to the car, they also didn't give us guac even tho we asked for it and when I asked for my receipt the cashier looked at me and ignored me

  Great food, amazing service, clean and organized establishment. • Happy to see another restaurant option in the neighborhood! Especially since this location had been an old vacant bank sitting closed for so long before now. • Not sure why people have left bad reviews before the restaurant even opened. It’s only been open two days now. Anyways, great to see a business open up to give the community more options and opportunities!
