- EMEmi MochiApr 5, 20261.0Wouldn’t recommend this store. The overall vibe is pretty uncomfortable and not very well kept. It doesn’t feel clean or organized, and the experience just isn’t great. The produce section especially didn’t look fresh, and some items seemed like they had been sitting out too long. It made me question the quality of the store overall. Staff didn’t seem very approachable and the atmosphere felt tense, which made the whole visit kind of stressful. There are definitely better places to shop.

There’s also a table for food/cheese sampling, he picked up some cheese, took a bite, gave it to the dogs then ate the remaining cheese again. I understand that the dogs are pets but they seem like having some kind of skin disease and look like they haven’t been bathed for months… I assume this guy has touched other items in the grab and go area as well… I think that the state health department should send their inspectors down to inspect this Safeway store.

- MLMin-Hua LinMar 5, 20262.0It was around 6 pm. I just stopped by Safeway, Bear Creek Village, Redmond, WA location for some groceries. There was an issue at the self checkout. I looked around me and raised my right hand to the male employee who stood on my right. Unfortunately, he had no patient for questions. Then took my debt card off from my hand after I shared the situation. He just walked away after gave my card back. There's was no any good manner at all. While I just started bagging, he already brought someone else to scan. I looked up and his body was agaist me, too. Nothing serious happened, just felt so uncomfortable with his attitude. I just quickly finished bagging and left. It was just very rude and disrespectful of him sadly. Please make sure customers are ok before touching any personal belongings. Please be more patient before bringing a new customer to the station.
