I believe it is all coming from top to bottom! Based on our very short observation, the devastating state of this McDonald’s is mainly due to full management! Judging by the behaviour of the supervisor who we got engaged with tonight! Extremely unprofessional, aggressive, rude, disrespectful, and definitely notice supervisor material! I’m sure if we take another few hundred similar comment for the restaurant owner to realize that lady is definitely not a managerial or supervisorial material! Even if he owns the business, you should step down as a manager and let someone else take care of the restaurant! . By far, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. We placed a very simple order (a drink, fries, and two cheeseburgers) at 8:12 PM and didn’t receive it until 8:32 PM — after having to follow up with two different staff members. When we tried to address the delay, the situation only got worse. A staff member who appeared to be the supervisor (a very short, Filipino woman in her 40s with glasses, wearing a light blue golf shirt) responded with visible frustration and anger, which was completely unprofessional — especially with several other customers also waiting and upset. When I asked if she was the supervisor, she denied it, and when I asked for her name, she refused to respond. She initially refused to engage at all, saying she wouldn’t talk to us. Instead of helping de-escalate the situation, her behavior made things significantly worse. The restaurant itself was also in poor condition — dirty tables, unclean floors, and very few customers, so there was no clear reason for the delays. I also witnessed another customer wait 15–20 minutes for a burger, only to receive it undercooked. The only positive part of this visit was one staff member — a tall young woman with pink curly hair — who was polite and helpful. As you see the pictures that I have posted, the place is extremely dirty while there were only a few customers dining at the restaurant! Overall: poor management, poor service, long delays, and unacceptable cleanliness. I will be contacting corporate. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

  We love this McDonald’s location! Excellent, quick service. Fernie was making sure we have all that we need and food was great! My children love happy meals and I like McDonald’s breakfast. Thank you!

  Very, very occasional customer. Was impressed by how much the atmosphere inside had changed. Today, we had gone there to the location on Redmond Way for the first time since my son's little league days 7 years ago. What was also surprising was how long the kiosk queues were. A problem of how people have to adjust to the UI mainly I would think. But what was most surprising was how slow this fast food really was. When I ordered it was 11:59 AM. By the time, the food was brought out to the table, it was 12:22 PM. IF this is how all McDonald's have become, it is going to quickly lose their key value proposition - it is now becoming SLLLLLLOOOOOOWWWW Food. Are you watching, customer service at Mc'Ds?

  The worst experience. Food is cold, they don’t speak English, they don’t ever have milkshakes or ice cream or anything other than regular coffee. Lazy employees who can’t make anything on time and they always tell people to park to make them have a good drive thru time. They cheat the system on their service and the food is not cooked all the way.

  It's McDonald's. The service is kinda slow for a McDonald's. The location is a tiny bit difficult to navigate through at busy timesbecause of where the drive through is located. If the drive-thru is backed up, it moves pretty slow here. So, I suggest you order on your phone, park. In one of the Curbside spots and have them bring the phone to you. They are pretty quick about bringing the food out Curbside. This is absolutely faster than going in the restaurant to order or wating in a busy drive thru would be. If you're going mostly for the bathrooms, they are locked. You have to get "buzzed in" by the staff. Finding staff to do this can sometimes be a tiny bit of a chore at this location. They tend to ignore the front counter. Also, the bathrooms are pretty gross. At least the Men's. I can't speak to the Ladies room cleanliness.
