  Worst customer service I’ve ever had from a JJ, didn’t even get to place an order this guy on the phone raised his voice at me because he thought I kept calling back but I was just on hold.

  If you want to eat here I suggest that you have plenty of time to waste. I arrive to the store and there's 1 person already eating. I'm the only one in line. I get completely ignored for longer than is reasonable while the 2 employees proceed to take care of their online orders. They don't acknowledge me, don't tell me they'll be right with me. Nope. Just ignore me while they take care of people who aren't here. I'm about to leave and only then do they come to the register to take my order. Apparently annoyed that I exist. After the sandwich is made they don't even let me know that it's ready. By then I'm the only customer in here. They couldn't even be bothered to let me know that my food is ready. Needless to say. Last time coming here. While I understand that the employees may be busy with other work, it's completely unacceptable to treat customers that way. It's management's fault for having the store be understaffed during lunch time.

  I was the only one in the store on my 30 min break for lunch so I thought it would be fast but i ordered one number 13 and had to wait 20 minutes for one sandwich because they decided to make a whole catering order before my one singular sandwich so I just had to leave without the sandwich cause my break ended and I couldn’t get a refund. besides that no one said anything like how long it would take or anything

  I always have a good experience with the staff here. My sandwiches taste like they're made with love.
