- NINorma Ishel1 day ago5.0A bacon milkshake? It doesn't sound good, but I decided to give it a try, and I actually liked it—it has pieces of crispy bacon.
- XZX Z2 days ago1.0I had a very frustrating experience at this Five Guys location. I tried to order two solo beef patties, which is something I’ve done at multiple other Five Guys locations without any issue. The price is usually around $3–4 per patty. However, the staff at this location insisted on charging me as if I were ordering full burgers, quoting me over $14 for just two patties. I clearly explained multiple times that I only wanted the patties, but they either didn’t understand or refused to process the order correctly. After going back and forth with no resolution, I decided to leave without ordering. This is not acceptable. Either the staff is not properly trained, or there is a serious inconsistency in how this location handles orders. Customers should not have to argue just to place a simple order. Very disappointing experience.

Five Guys was the best because of the real strawberries on it. Recently, it became garbage. I bought (as usual) via DoorDash, and a white paste showed up (not even lightly p pink). I tried to get a refund, but DD did not want to do that. There was not even a *real* strawberry bit on it. It had no taste, no color, and more specifically, no strawberry. The next day, I went to the store to get another one. Same thing. There was one, maybe two strawberry bits. Also, not even pink. The current recipe is the worst, even losing to the powder-based fast-food competitors like McDonald's. Please fix this.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
