  The food are fresh and in good quality. The staff in this branch are very nice and friendly. The tables are clean and tidy.

  Whoever was working today the night of 03/05/26 around midnight 03/06/26 is not very good management and has terrible service. I have tried to call to get ahold of the store more than 5 times and I kept getting hung up on, and my calls were being forwarded and not answered. They could use some new employees because it should not be so hard to get ahold of the store. They also did not want to follow my request, once I finally was able to get ahold of somebody. I specified my needs due to pregnancy and they just told me they can’t do anything for me, when they could have remade the food. I’ve worked in food service before as management and I am fully aware that they are capable of remaking the food for me, especially if it’s due to a health condition such and pregnancy or allergies. Terrible customer service. I hope their boss sees this message so that the proper action can be taken to prevent this from happening again, or to anyone else. Next time I will ask for their name so that if I have another bad experience I can specify who exactly was working that shift.

  I hope you have a lot of time to spare. This is the slowest taco bell I've ever been to.
