    Be sure to order extra stuff because they’ll ruin or mess up about half of it. Somehow the Crunchwrap had no meat and was soggy. Idk if they spilled something in it? Mexican pizza taste like burnt oil. My guess is maybe this Taco Bell has all new staff and they don’t know yet how to make food? It’s bad. It’s maybe the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to, and I’m comparing it to Taco Bell.

    It is nice inside. I thought about all of the menu items they had. I wish I could get the cantina items. Slight issue, I thought I ordered a birthday promotion here, but it sent to a different restaurant.

    I love Taco Bell. Its my favorite fast food chain. This brand new location needs some serious work. First the interior is the coldest restaurant I ever been in. Employees wearing their jackets and i was freezing. I won't eat inside again. Second, they put barely any meat in my chalupas and tacos. It was 10% meat and 90% lettuce. Not happy. Is the franchise owner a cheapskate or what??? I'll be back in a few months to see of they improve!!

    It takes forever to get through an order. They upsell every single item you order, twice. And you can't just give them your order and move on, they'll make you go through every upsell every time. It's such a miserable experience that I just don't go. Remember when drive throughs were fast?

    I ordered a Cravings Box through the mobile app, but the app had an error showing the “swap” meat adjustments. I cannot eat beef, and I explicitly swapped beef for black beans and chicken before placing my order. When I arrived, the manager claimed I was wrong and blamed me for the mistake, despite the fact that I paid for the box with the substitutions selected. One employee also refused to acknowledge the issue and walked into the kitchen visibly frustrated, leaving me standing there for over 10 minutes without help. When I finally got home, every item still contained beef. This was extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service overall.
