  Drive through people are nice at this location. But the last time I ordered online through the app and picked up through the drive through i didnt get meat or beans on my loaded dip and chips, and on numerous occasions the workers forget straws/napkins/sauces. I waited a few months to see if it was because this location is new with new workers but after 3 months of incorrect items/issues I am at a loss

  “I’d like the chicken quesadilla please” “With chicken?” “Yes, chicken quesadilla” (They add extra chicken upcharge) “No, not extra chicken” “HUH?!” (They give me a wet quesadilla that fell apart) Older tattooed guy had a bad, almost confrontational attitude. Does not need to be treating people like that Corporate must be pressuring them to get the up charge, but that’s no reason to act deceptively

  This location consistently messes up orders - order in drive thru, or order online and pickup. We haven’t tried dining in. They miss items, miss instructions. We thought it was a beginners trouble, and waited a while so they could learn - no change in the last few months. Yesterday, they gave us just the cups for drinks for an online order that we picked up - no flagging that when we picked the order up, we found that we had no drinks only after we got home. The Bellevue location is so much better !!!
