If I get extras like a multivitamin or protein: they are generous not to short me and put it into the next size up cup. Because of this consistent excellent service and product: I go out of my way to visit this location even though it isn't the one nearest me.

And the salesperson just served a big group of people that arrived way after us, apparently they were friends of the staff. They took the preference and were placed first in the queue, and the staff was super busy serving the folks who arrived after us, we had to wait a long time after finally getting our order done. They were pouring the whole blender content into their cups and putting leftover remains on ours, when I grabbed my supposedly large smoothie it was half empty, and missing the add-ons I selected in my custom order, the salesperson pretended nothing happened. I can’t believe I’m paying an overpriced, half empty, smoothie to be treated with a terrible customer service. Never again, I’d rather do my own smoothies at home, way cheaper, healthier, and tastes better
