- OOOliveApr 4, 20261.0Store phone is a busy signal. The outsourced CSR hung up on us. This place has lost our business and we'll only accept a full refund for receiving a pizza with ingredients we never ordered. There's no accountability. STAY FAR AWAY. Frozen hot pockets are more reliable.

- TLTristain LukeyFeb 16, 20261.0This location consistently makes mistakes on their pizzas. 2 out of 3 orders are wrong. They skimp on the toppings. Ordered the Extravaganzza and there were whole sections without toppings, especially to the outside edge. We paid for added pineapple, we counted 11 pieces on a large, not even 2 per slice. Because of the track record, I check them and took them back in to speak to the manager. He told me the owner cracked down on them and said their food costs were too high and to put less toppings on the pizzas. I mentioned that the last 3 times we ordered they got the order wrong and that I was kind of getting tired of it. The manager shoved the pizza box closed and back across the counter and said, "Well you can be kind of tired of it all you want." Then walked away. This location is nothing like the many others we have ordered from.
