RARELY do they have all items on the menu, including ice cream. Most often, you enter the drive through that is a giant pothole you might get stuck in, only to order ice cream and be told they have none. You then can't back out of the drive through. You have to sit and wait in line to escape. I feel bad for the poor teens left to manage the place with no guidance.

I don't need to be eating fast food anyway, so maybe it is a good thing that I avoid this location because of the fountain drinks.

I actually received a poorly made chicken strip burger. I paid triple price for their cheapest sandwich. A bun with a spoonful of mayonnaise and a slice of tomato, two chicken strips for $13 is not my idea of a good deal. Do something to change the service and food you serve. Quit making excuses. Hire reliable employees, even if you must pay them more. I've read too many reviews that are negative and you simple whitewash things. Your responses are only words. Make a change. You have let go of people who were proud of their work, and it showed. The quality of service and the food that you serve have declined drastically in recent months.
