  The staff is always fast and nice, but the ingredients just have gotten worse and worse. The cheese has a foul taste now - it’s a very low grade cheese. Little Caesars cheese is far superior and half the price. I doubt it’s the fault of this specific Pizza Hut, but the pizza definitely has gone downhill over the years and you can taste. We will just go to one of the local pizza places and pay more. It’s just not worth the savings anymore.

  One of the women that is in the counter don't want to give me my food I have the kids waiting for me their pizza and because she didn’t want they don’t have their pizza and I also pay for that she just don’t want to give my food.

  First couple times we ordered from the new Quincy location everything was fine, but whoever was working tonight is having a bad day or just doesn’t care. Attached is a picture of the wings that are supposed to be Honey BBQ, as you can see they have a tiny bit of sauce on them, maybe 10% of each wing had a small drizzle of sauce. They were very dry and inedible so we just threw them out.

  The worker named “Angel” had amazing customer service. He came up to us to ask if we needed help while we were waiting to order.
