  I walked in and there was this huge poster in the window that advertised 20 piece McNuggets for $6.00. I went to the counter and ordered it, but the total came to $9 something, the regular menu price. I pointed to the poster and asked if it shouldn’t be $6.00. She was very nice and went back to check with someone. A woman who I assume was the manager comes storming out of the back, rips the poster down and crumples it up as she is storming back to the kitchen. I guess the sale was over! I think the proper response should have been to apologize and charge me $6 THEN remove the poster. Some people understand customer service, apparently some do not.

  It is not often that I choose to shop here due to the same repetitive experience. There is always an ask to pull up in waiting, when going through the drive thru and they never seem to be able to get your order out right in the first attempt after a 15 minute waiting period.

  We placed an online order in advance at this McDonald's specifically to save time during our short coffee break. The order consisted of 7 coffees and 1 tea. However, when we arrived, we still had to wait approximately 15–20 minutes before receiving the order. There were no lines or noticeable rush at the time, which made the wait even more surprising. Unfortunately, one of the coffees was already cold. The main reason we ordered ahead was to make sure everything would be ready so we could quickly pick it up and return to work on time. Instead, we ended up waiting and were late getting back to work. This is also not the first time this has happened at this location. I normally try to be patient, but this time I decided to leave a review because the purpose of ordering ahead is to save time, not to wait even longer.

  When I walked into the restaurant, I noticed right away that everything was being cleaned 🧼✨. The lobby looked neat, and even the bathrooms were getting attention 👍🏼, which gave a really good first impression. I went ahead and ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel along with a steak, egg, and cheese muffin 🥯🍳. The muffin came out hot and fresh, just the way you’d hope for 🔥👌. But when I opened my other sandwich, I was a bit surprised… it didn’t quite match the same fresh, warm quality as the muffin 🤔. Overall, the cleanliness was great, but the food experience felt a little mixed.
