Went thru drive thru and said no onions no tomato, and I thankfully checked the receipt and it said no lettuce no tomato.
Handed it back because I told her I had an allergy to onions, and the woman was really nice, but I heard the guy inside yelling about how mad he was.
She said they swapped it out, but I got home and there were still some on it, so he apparently just scraped them off the top. So now my tongue is swollen.

I ordered online and paid for my food in the Wendy’s app, drove 20 minutes to the store only for the employee to tell me they can’t make the food I ordered and they can only give me something else. So I ended up paying 15 dollars for one small breakfast burger and some fries. DO NOT order at this location, they didn’t even offer to refund me or help at all. The sandwich was not good either.

Since moving out here a few months ago I started coming to this Wendy’s. Great friendly customer service, they always get my order right.

Whoever the lady is with the short hair has a gross and egregious attitude. When my food was handed to me I asked her was their bbq sauce in the bag because I didn’t see it and I asked if I could have bbq sauce. She stated that it was in the chicken nugget bag and then proceeded to tell me that it’s 50 cent extra per bbq sauce packet. The tone in her voice was horrid and I hope Wendy’s headquarters sees this negative review and take action with this employee. I’ve never been treated like this at this location. Very disappointed!! I want be going back to this location until things change.

I went to get food for my family and I, the women at the drive through with the short hair and lip piercings must have been having a bad day. Her customer service and manners were extremely poor and unprofessional. She had a nasty attitude taking my order, I didn’t wanna proceed with my placing my order and she made me feel very uncomfortable. When I got to the window she seemed bothered by having to customer service me and help me. I asked for a drink carrier, she says nothing, slams my drinks down and puts the drinks in the drink carrier and hands them to me. I still kept saying please and thank you and being polite to her but she would not shake her horrible attitude. Overall the worst experience I’ve had at a food chain restaurant, this location needs to seek better employees.
