  Every time I convince myself to try again with this location, I get more and more grossed out. Microwaved macaroni right in front of my face, along with a gloved finger being dipped into the middle of it for a temp check. The same glove finger that touched every single item in the back area. Including the oven door handle, which an employee that was on break, with no gloves on, decided to open it with his bare hands as he walked by. Took off gloves to ring me out, touched register, my debit card, the window and then walked right up to the new gloves, grabbed em, and put them on and proceeded to make my sandwich. Absolutely no. And my Mac n cheese was ice cold when I opened it. Tea is good.

  I ordered a blt which hardly had any bacon and Mac and cheese which was cold. Not impressed for it to be cold.

  I visited Panera for the first time yesterday around noon. The team lead was at the cash register. She was so friendly, professional and helpful. I had a greek salad and pomegranate iced tea. I was so pleasantly impressed. All the staff in the restaurant were so warm and inviting. I've found a new, weekend lunch spot. Well done to everyone.

  I haven't been to this.Is this restaurant in a long time. I'm not usually a big sandwich fan.I figure I can make it at home just as easy. I will say, however, the sandwich was absolutely amazing. The bread was wonderful.It was served on a focaccia bread. The chicken was tender and the sauces they used were stellar. Lunch for 2 for $42 included 1 meal that was a 1/2 sandwich and a cup of soup. One meal was a whole sandwich. Two big cookies and two pops. Pretty expensive, although I did take half a sandwich home with me.

  I often order from here as the food is fairly fresh for quick foodand a good option when I'm stuck at the office. My meal usually arrives on time, although there has been an extraordinarily long delay twice, but I almost never receive my entire meal. Often I receive a straw but my drink is left behind. Other times sides or desserts have been forgotten. I worry customer service will think I am scamming them with how often I report missing items. This location needs to reassess its delivery preparation system to ensure all parts of the order are being picked up together.
