    It was just a poor experience. It wasn’t a busy night. I got in around 8:10pm sat at the bar and ordered. In the meantime a couple at the bar had their appetizers, main course, and left while I waited. By 8:53pm my food still wasn’t out so I asked for the check to pay for my drink so I could leave. They comp’d the sweet tea and I left.

    We waited almost 2 hrs for our food and finally told them don't bother. We watched table after table get theyre drinks and food and leave and we hadn't even been served yet... Definitely ruined a great birthday dinner for my mother in law....

    Haven't been here in a very long time, had to cut Way back on beef per Dr. So I opted for the pork chop and I was so happy and pleasantly surprised at how good it was! Pork is tricky but the cooks nailed it. Baked potato and broccoli were perfection. The service was excellent, 5 star for sure. I'm very particular about this as I was in the hospitality industry at a hotel, fine dining, for 32 years. We are guests, not customers etc ..... Lisa M. Visintin is an excellent server, anticipated my every need with a smile, walked me through the my menu questions and her recommendations were spot on!!! Wish there were more like her everywhere!!

    As we usually frequent here, it’s unfortunate that I feel the need to leave a negative review. I’d ordered their burger with cheddar instead of American cheese. The waitress, I believe her name was Anna had said that they did have cheddar cheese and that they could substitute cheddar for the American that was called for. Immediately when the food came out, I’d questioned the cheese on the burger to the man who brought it to me due to it looking like American cheese. PHe’d confirmed my suspicions and said “We’ll get some cheddar on that for you”. I turned to my husband and said “he’s just going to scrape it off and put cheddar on it”. Well, I was right. When it was brought out to me, I could see the American cheese under the cheddar, lifted the cheddar up to show my husband, and tell him that I was done and was no longer willing to eat there. After working an 8 hour day I decided to go out for a meal that neither of us had to make and it should have been an enjoyable time, I should have felt like a customer who deserved what they asked for rather than a fool who doesn’t know the difference between cheeses. Instead I had terrible service for the third time in a row. The fact that they’d just scrape the incorrect item off and put the correct ingredient on top is ridiculous. A couple months ago it was a waitress that made it a bad experience. The last instance before today, the bartender couldn’t make any drink without pouring too heavy on the sour mix and now I can’t even get a burger made to order? I spent $112 PLUS a tip for our waitress who did no wrong, but I do feel undervalued and the third straw is the last one for me. I will no longer frequent, let alone visit this establishment AT ALL, which actually is a shame due to the one long standing waiter that my husband and I really enjoy. I used to recommend this restaurant to everyone. Now I will be sure to do the opposite and rather tell them to go eat somewhere where they will feel valued.

    stopped to grab a drink and dinner, we are not local to the area we live 70 miles away, from the moment we approached the hostess stand it was a unpleasant experience, the hostess suggested we secure at the bar “opening seating” she explained to just stand there and wait for bus staff to clear table, 30 seconds in Andrea and the girl who ended being our server lock eyes with me, scrunches her face in disgust and turns away we wait for a couple minutes, 3 servers, bus staff and manager walk by us and none of them acknowledge us, so we walk back to hostess stand and just request to be seated in the general dining, after 10 mins another another server comes to offer us the same table we stood by, we declined but she insisted. At this point I am annoyed and my husband just wants to be seated. Server takes our drink/appetizer order, Andrea returns with our bread and mumbles something snarky to me, which I did not hear because it was loud, she then chuckled and said something to the fact of just joking and walked away, at this point I realize she has a problem with me I don’t know why but she did, maybe it was how I was dressed, possibly took a table for her regulars? I was unsure and it was unpleasant! we order food and the server apparently tag teaming with Andrea just made the whole time we were there unpleasant, making snarky remarks every time they needed to come to our table. the food and drink was less than mediocre, to seal the deal of this mean girl duo is when an older couple who looked like from the area/regulars came and claimed a table Andrea was there in seconds to welcome them, let them know the bus staff would clear their table and then advised the bus boy to clear their table. We paid and tipped appropriately, even though we were clearly mistreated and spoke to the manager, who attempted to avoid us then was not interested or cared for our feedback, no apology and just walked away. If you are not a regular/returning customer beware you may get the unpleasant and unfriendly service/treatment we did.
