  Fries had to ask to remake but they honestly did it without arguing they were more than happy to make them for me hot

  I’m honestly surprised this location is still open. Every time I go here I have nothing but issues. Today was no different. I went in and ordered and the first problem was that the girl that was working was completely confused with me ordering a sweet tea lemonade. Saying they were “out of lemon” so I couldn’t have it and gave us a sweet tea instead. I used to work at McDonald’s. That’s not how it works. Plus there was another worker standing next to her who could see she was confused but simply ignored us. Then, when I was being rung out the cashier totally messed up the register and couldn’t give me change back. So they had to call up a manager and restart the transaction. I was here for at least 45 mins. It’s supposed to be fast food. But nothing about this location and its employees is fast. If I were a customer I’d go to a different location unless you want to waste your time and money and not even get what you asked for.

  I'm not sure why this specific McDonald's is the slowest location you could possibly go to. Gone here dozens of times because it's the closest to me and it's NEVER quick. Waited 20+ minutes for "well done" bacon during breakfast because my kid is picky, and had to go in and ask if my food was getting close to done in pajamas and slippers just to have cold floppy bacon anyway.

  Staff at McDonald's on March 28th 2026 from 9:50 to 10:30. For tripside, pickup never delivered food. No, help from the employees and ended up leaving. Because I had a deadline to meet. No one came out. I know that's over 40 minutes.

  I’ve tried giving this McDonald’s multiple chances, months apart. I’ve been going on and off for 3 years inconsistently because it’s my closest location. They frequently forget items, and it’s not like one large fry is missing. For example, just went today, my order had FOUR large fries without a single fry in the bag. The food is inconsistent. I’ll love the way they make something and I’ll keep trying to get it and the next time it’ll have the condiments not only on the edge of the burger but it’ll be 2-3 times the amount it was before. I like drinking the McDonald’s French vanilla coffee but I can’t get it from this specific location because it’s all creamer and taste awful. The drive thru line isn’t the worst. There’s times to go and not to go unless you want to be in line for 30 minutes.
